Training: Surviving in Public Housing (Benefits Plus Learning Center)

Learn how tenants residing in public housing can keep their apartments.  We will cover: complying with the NYCHA lease, how to add and remove household members, succession rights, transferring to another apartment, as well as getting repairs and filing a grievance when repairs are not done.

Benefit Plus Learning Center provides professional training opportunities to social service professionals working with low-income families and individuals, disabled and elderly populations in NYC.

We offer courses on public benefit and federally subsidized housing programs at an affordable cost.
